Deadline for amendments to the Bylaws

ORMTA By-laws, Article VIII, 8.06: 
All Matters for Voting or discussion or proposed Amendments to the bylaws shall:
a. be in the hands of the Provincial Secretary in writing not later than seven months prior to the AGM
