Workshops

P.A. day workshop, Friday, September 28, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, General Wolfe hotel, Wolfe Island, with Chris Brown of Wolfe Island Records. A singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music producer originally from Toronto, Chris also has a studio in Brooklyn, NY. Chris will give a presentation on his career as a performer/producer. He will also speak on improvisation, performance anxiety, and “being in the moment, playing with intention”.

Maple Dust--A musical evening, 

featuring renowned Chicago soprano Carolyn Hart and guests performing music by Martha Hill Duncan, Jean Coulthard and Violet Archer. Carolyn Hart is on the faculty of Wheaton College, formerly of Memorial University, 7:30 pm, St. Mark's Lutheran Church, corner Victoria and Earl, goodwill offering


Canada Music Week Festival, with adjudicator Andrew Harbridge, Friday evening & Saturday, November 16-17, 2018, co-sponsored with Queen's Community Music, Queen's University, Harrison-LeCaine Hall
