ORMTA By-Laws

With the assistance of a lawyer and accountant, ORMTA Provincial Council has been working to ensure we update our By-Laws to be compliant with ONCA (the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporation’s Act) and the CRA. A motion to accept the new By-Laws will be included on the 2026 Matters for Voting. Please read through the draft below.
