Ongoing History of New Music

 
Hosted by Alan Cross, this podcast is the longest running radio documentary in Canada. Weekly episodes are filled with fascinating stories about a wide range of musical topics, from "The History of the Record Store" to "More and More Medical Mysteries of Music" to "Stupid History: The Music Version." The Glenn Gould School is thrilled to present musical artists of the highest calibre, including Ihnatowycz Chair in Piano, Jeremy Denk, to work with students. Members of the public are welcome to observe these classes, offered throughout the year at The Royal Conservatory (273 Bloor Street West, Toronto), free of charge. You do not need to reserve seats.
