A reminder that you can still renew your ORMTA membership if you haven't already. Fees can be paid online through the website, by e-transfer or cheque. Also keep in mind that there are 2 steps to renewal: confirming your membership information and paying your fees. If you haven't received a receipt for payment, you may not be renewed (which also means that your insurance is inactive). If you're not sure, you can log in to the website and check your profile (watch this helpful video tutorial for instructions).

 

We are excited to now offer our members access to Perkopolis! This perks program offers discounts on retail, travel, attractions, sports events and more. Log in to the ORMTA website and check out the Member Perks page for instructions on how to set up your Perkopolis account. Don't forget to also sign up for their newsletter and follow ORMTA on social media to be notified of special deals.

 

CFMTA's monthly "Connecting Canada" sessions are back after a brief summer break. Join CFMTA members from across Canada on Zoom to discuss all things pedagogy. The next session will be held on September 28th and will focus on priorities for the first term of lessons. You can also access notes from previous sessions on the CFMTA website here. We'll also post info on each new session on the Teaching Resources page of our website.
